- 1. What is a virtual assistant??
- The International Virtual Assistance Association defines a Virtual Assistant (VA) as “an independent entrepreneur providing administrative, creative and/or technical services. Utilizing advanced technological modes of communication and data delivery, a professional VA assists clients in his/her area of expertise from his/her own office on a contractual basis.”
- 2. How does Alchemy work?
- Alchemy is a full service virtual assistance firm, specializing in providing our clients with the critical administrative and customer service needs to maintain the flow of their sales funnel. Service requests can be made via the telephone at 912-341-6832 or via email through the established client management system. Free consultations are provided and encouraged based on the complexity of the task or project.

- Alchemy offers numerous distinctive and helpful services to make life easier for you, your company, your employees, and your clients. Visit the services section of the website for a complete list of services. If you do not see a service listed please contact Alchemy so that we can figure out a way to help.
- 4. What services will Alchemy not perform?
- Alchemy will not perform any service that is illegal, unethical or that poses unnecessary danger to any person or property. Alchemy further reserves the right to decline any request at its sole discretion.
- 5. How much notice is needed for a service request?
- All services require a twenty-four hour notification prior to the rendering of services.
- 6. What if I am unable to give a 24 hour notice?
- Alchemy recognizes that the nature of some services may make a twenty-four hour notice impossible. Please call us at 912-341-6832 as soon as possible and we will make every effort to help if we have a team member that is not already assigned.
- 7. What services can be performed?
- Traditional services are offered Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time. Evening, weekend and holiday services are available with extra fees associated with these times.
- 8. What if I have questions about one of your services?
- Our trained staff will be happy to discuss any concerns or questions you may have.
- 9. How can I be assured that your employees are reliable and trustworthy?
- We understand that trust and efficiency are the cornerstones of our business. Employees are chosen based on their prior work history in the administrative industries, educational level and commitment to excellence. Each candidate undergoes a background and security check. Alchemy is a fully licensed and insured company.
- 10. How can I be sure that you received my service request?
- You will receive a confirmation via communication through the client management system.
- 11. What do you do with the information that I provide about me or a client?
- Alchemy does not give out personal information to any other party and the information that is collected is only used to complete the requested services.
- 12. What methods of payment do you accept?
- Alchemy accepts personal checks, American Express, MasterCard and Visa.
- 13. Is a deposit required for services?
- Fees are required in advance for services rendered.
- 14. How do I pay for services?
- Alchemy will send you a detailed invoice via email outlining the services that you received and any charges that were incurred.
- 15. Are materials, expenses and taxes included in your hourly rate?
- No. The client is responsible for paying all additional charges plus the hourly rate.
