According to a recent Voice of the Customer survey conducted by Ernan Roman Direct Marketing*, relationship strength has 12 times more influence on keeping customers and repeat purchases than product satisfaction does.

This statistic is a great reminder of what we already know – the relationships that we build can make or break our business.

Our four week premature blessing is now nine months old – how time flies! Thanks to all who have offered prayers, a wide range of appropriate “she is so cute” comments and general support. We appreciate you!

Besides this new cute addition, you will see a slight change in direction from us and new talented team members to assist with the transition. For those of you who know us as an errand company, we invite you to get to know us all over again! Due to client demand, Alchemy has evolved into a virtual assistance company rather quickly (with my non-profit “Jill of All Trades” background). Alchemy is a full service virtual assistance firm, specializing in providing our clients with the critical administrative and customer service needs to maintain the flow of their sales funnel.

Who knows you?

One of the most overlooked resources in our lives are those people who care about us the most. We spend a great deal of energy and money trying to find people that can figure us out and put us on the right path. The truth of the matter is, many of us have already built that support group right in our own backyard. Sometimes the best time saving technique we can implement is calling on that person who can help us get our focus back. The dailies of life can be super distracting. Keep the list of people you can reach out to handy and be prepared to return the
favor. Everyone will be better off for it.
